The OnPoint Behavioral Health Texting Application is designed to facilitate communication between patients and their healthcare providers. This may include appointment reminders, general inquiries, and non-emergency messages related to your care.

- Patient Responsibilities

- Opting In, Opting Out, and Obtaining Assistance
Opting In: To opt into the OnPoint Behavioral Health Texting Application, patients can use one of the following methods:
Text Keyword: Patients may text a designated keyword (e.g., “JOIN”) to 813-803-2999 to subscribe to the service. Instructions will be provided during initial onboarding.
Message Frequency: You may receive messages weekly.
Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Call Front Office: Patients may provide verbal consent during initial appointment request at which a text message will be sent to the patient to confirm their consent.
Opting Out: Patients can opt out of receiving text messages at any time using the following methods:
- Reply with Stop: Patients may reply to any text message received from us with the word “STOP.” This will immediately cease all text communications from OnPoint Behavioral Health.
- Online Account Settings: Patients can log into their online patient portal account and adjust their communication preferences to opt out of text messaging.
- Contacting Support: Patients can call our front office at (813) 803-2999 or send an email to info@onpointcare.net to request removal from the texting service.
